Duwayne “DaDa” Mills is a global entertainment executive & marketeer with over 25 years of experience under his belt. He has earned hit records as a major record company A&R, artist manager, music publsher, music production company, and as an independent record label company owner.Mills began independently curating and producing live events in New York City as well as independently managing music producers, producing hit songs such as Fat Joe “Don Cartagena”, Big Pun “You Ain’t A Killer”, “It’ So Hard “Feat. Donnell Jones, Cameron “What Means The World To You”, Busta Rhymes “Dangerous”, The Lox “Living The Life”, Case “Happily Ever After”, and Jamie Foxx “Blame It On The Alcohol.” In 2011 Mills became the Vice President of A&R for Epic Records and Sony Music Entertainment where LA Reid was CEO. Mills had the first number one record Epic released “Cashin Out” since LA Reid had taken control of the company a year prior to Mills' arrival. Mills also worked with Sean Kingston, Future, and Ciara on the Think Like A Man Soundtrack and spent time as a casting judge for the TV show “X Factor” with Simon Fuller. In 2013 he became the Senior Executive Vice-President of Artist Management company Das Communications where he provided management services for Fergie, Prince Royce, and Sean Paul. He also partnered with David Sonenberg & William Derella to create a producer/songwriter division of the company and put forth hits such as John Legend “All Of Me”, Justin Bieber “Heart Breaker”, and Macklemore “Can’t Hold Us”. In 2015 Mills became the CCO of music/tech company EscapeX. Under Mills' leadership the start up company acquired influencers with over 500 million social fans ,signing Akon, Prince Royce, Ne-Yo, Enrique Iglesias, Ricky Martin, Farruko, Yandel and other prominent influencers to the platform.Mills became CEO of the marketing and consulting agency, The Gluemen LLC. Mills and The Gluemen brokered a deal between the music/tech company and The Bob Marley estate to launch a mobile app for the great Bob Marley. Mills architected the first ever collaboration between the music and oil industries with Royal Dutch Shell and Akon Lighting Africa with the #MakeTheFuture initiative. Mills began consulting live event powerhouse Cirque Du Soleil on Cirque projects up until the global pandemic.In 2022 Mills partnered with long time associate Samuel “Rokstar” Radford who is skilled in directing videos, creating 3D artwork, and 3D renderings. In the new partnership Mills took lead in business and marketing, while Radford locked in on the creative and build out. Together they’re the competent team called N.E.R.D.D. They have worked on some of the most prominent and groundbreaking worlds in the metaverse, including past builds for Target and The Halloween Ends World. Upcoming worlds include Bob Marley, So So Def, Comedy Store, and Rap Sh!t 2. Mills plans to continue impacting the Metaverse with culturally relevant worlds.Mills’ vast knowledge of the music business, brand partnerships, live events, marketing, and overall solutions in all industries makes him an ideal leader.

XSamuel “Rokstar”/ “Rok” Radford is an American director, cinematographer, and editor. He has been filming since 2007. What began as the fulfillment of a self-need for himself, an aspiring artist, quickly shifted the career of Mr. Radford in 2009 when he shot his first industry video for rapper/actor Rocko the Don.Wind of Rokstar’s work blew in the direction of rapper, Future, who allowed him to take charge and shoot his very first music video, followed by rapper 2 Chainz where he shot his first video as a solo artist.IKONEQ FILMS, a video production company was birthed in 2008 with Rok and his business partner, Eliot Miller. The mutual passion for visual artistry and film design continues to fuel the edginess and creativity of their work.In 2011, with only a month’s rent and a love for film, Rok moved to Miami, Florida to pursue a career in filmmaking, which is his second passion aside from music production. IKONEQ Films was soon picked up by the the largest film production company in Florida, 305 Films. By the end of his first month in Miami, Rok commanded a thirty-person set crew for the production of singer/ songwriter/ actor, Trey Songz’ music video, “Hail Mary”, featuring Lil Wayne, Jeezy, and comedian/actor/ producer, Kevin Hart.In 2015, Radford started ROCKFLOWER FILMS, a commercial, music video and movie production company, as a subsidiary of IKONEQ Films.Rok’s skill and eye for detail has taken him from the United States, across the globe, to places such as London, Dubai, Maldives, Belgium, Angola, Costa Rica, Brazil and Venezuela, just to name a few. A host of the top artists, producers, and media personalities have graced the camera lens of Sam “Rokstar” Radford such as, P. Diddy, Timbaland, Outkast, and T-Pain; athletes Dwayne Wade and Serena Williams; actors, Robert Downey Jr., Mike Epps, Paula Patton, and Samuel Monroe; and brands Calvin Klein, Reebok, Monster Audio, and Seagram’s Gin. Rok has also taken on the role of cinematographer to directors Ray Kay, Gil Green, Eif Rivera, Henrik Sander, amongst others.In 2022 Rok partnered with long time associate “DaDa” Mills who he had established a prior business relationship with. Together they formed a business called N.E.R.D.D where Radford exercises his expertise as a creative and focuses on build outs. Collectively they have designed some of the most notorious worlds such as Target and The Halloween Ends in the metaverse. To date Rok has built over 100 different worlds and is considered by many to be the best builder in the metaverse with future worlds to come such as Bob Marley, So So Def, Comedy Store, and Rap Sh!t 2.
